A $50 deposit is required to hold your appointment and is deducted from your final service cost. Call (725) 215-0676 to provide payment, or if you've already placed a card on file, you're all set.
If you are unable to place a debit/credit card on file, we require pre-payment of the estimated cost. For instance, if you are quoted $300, you will be scheduled for two cleaning staff for up to three hours at that rate, and we would require a $300 prepaid deposit. Any time over would require prior approval and payment will be required prior to continuing.
We don't enjoy charging these fees. When a cancellation comes in late, our cleaning team has already been scheduled, dispatched, or we have turned down other work to hold your appointment. These fees exist solely to compensate our staff for missed work through no fault of their own.
Emergencies happen. If you have an extenuating circumstance (medical emergency, family crisis, etc.), please reach out to us directly. We'll do our best to work with you.
No harm no foul. Anytime we can backfill your reschedule or cancellation request, we will not charge the cancellation fee. Even if it is a same-day scenario.
Our pricing is based on livable square footage as defined by the ANSI Z765 standard, published by the American National Standards Institute for measuring residential floor area. This is the same standard used by licensed appraisers, the MLS, and most county assessors, making it the universally accepted method in the housing industry.
It includes all finished, above-grade living space but does not include garages, unfinished basements, patios, or covered porches.
If you're unsure of your home's livable square footage, the most reliable source is the Clark County Assessor's Office. You can look up your home's recorded square footage at clarkcountynv.gov/assessor. This is the number we'll use if there's ever a discrepancy.
