Our pricing is designed to provide you the best value for your money and is based on our many years of experience cleaning homes. Your quoted price reflects the average cleaning time for a home of similar size and condition and serves as the minimum charge for your service. Any time beyond the quoted estimate will incur additional charges at the rates below.
Homes in good condition will generally finish close to the allotted time. Homes with more wear and tear will take longer.
Time begins when our team starts unloading equipment. You may request to set a maximum budget, and we'll prioritize the areas that matter most so you get the best results within that budget. Work will stop once the limit is reached unless you approve additional time.
Billed in 15-minute increments:
We determine team size based on the needs of the day rather than any one home, so we can ensure everyone receives quality service. 3-person cleanings will finish more quickly, but the overall cost is generally similar to a 2-person team. The $150/hr rate applies only if you specifically request 3 cleaners and we agree to accommodate.
Our time estimates are based on the size of the home and information you share with us, and we appreciate your input regarding the current state of the home. That said, we've found that most homeowners (ourselves included) tend to underestimate the cleaning needs of a lived-in home. It's completely natural: when you're in your space every day, certain buildup becomes invisible. This isn't a reflection on you as a homeowner; it's just how our eyes work.
Because of this, your first service may take slightly longer than originally discussed as our team addresses areas that need extra attention. We'd rather do the job right than rush through it. Any time variance will always be communicated to you, and we'll work together to dial in accurate expectations for future visits.
All services are final sale (no refunds). We stand behind our work. If something significant was missed or not cleaned to your satisfaction, let us know within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean those areas at no additional cost.
By saving your payment method on file, you authorize Maid Right of Henderson to charge your payment method for services completed, apply your deposit toward your total, and charge any applicable fees outlined in this onboarding. Payment is due at the completion of service unless otherwise arranged.
