What to Expect From Your Cleaning

A note on "deep cleaning": We don't use that term because it means something different to everyone. What works better: tell us what you love, what you hate, and what past cleaners got wrong (or got right!). The more we know about your preferences and past experiences, the closer we get to your version of a perfect clean, every single time.

Our goal is a thorough cleaning customized to what matters most to you. If you've already spoken with someone about your priorities, we'll have those notes ready for your team.

What a Typical Cleaning Includes

Kitchen

Counters, sink, outside of all appliances, inside of microwave, cabinet fronts, stovetop, backsplash

Bathrooms

Scrub tubs, toilets, showers, sinks, counters, mirrors, cabinet fronts

All Rooms

Dusting, disinfecting, vacuuming, mopping (wet mop + dry mop)

Initial & One-Time Cleanings

These items are included as standard on all initial and one-time cleanings:

• Baseboards, doors, and door frames
• Window sills
• Light switches
• Ceiling fans and blinds
• Patio door glass (inside and outside)

Bed Linens

We'll make your beds. If you'd like sheets changed, just leave the fresh linens near the bed.

Pets

Our staff loves meeting new animals! Just let us know if you have a dog or cat that might try to escape when we open doors.
