Preparing for Your Cleaning
A Few Requests
- We will do our best to arrive at your scheduled time; however, due to the nature of our service, our days can be unpredictable. We expect to be allowed to begin cleaning if our arrival time is within 60 minutes of your scheduled time.
- Please do not smoke in the home while our staff is present due to some staff having asthmatic conditions.
- Please adjust the AC to provide a comfortable working environment. Our staff often breaks a sweat working for you!
- Please let us know if there is a gate code, lock box code, or if someone will be on the property to let us in and lock up after.
For one-time and initial cleanings: We ask that the home is reasonably tidied beforehand (clothes in hampers, papers organized, surfaces mostly clear). This helps us focus on actual cleaning rather than navigating clutter, and ensures you get the best value for your time.
Environmental Conditions
Certain conditions can affect our results. We always do our best, but we cannot guarantee outcomes in affected areas:
- Heavy clutter or extremely dirty environments
- Limited access to areas that need cleaning
- Other workers or service providers present during service
- Lack of electricity or running water
- Undisclosed pest infestations (bed bugs, roaches, etc.)
