Safety Policies

• Our staff stays on or below the second step of a step ladder and does not climb on furniture or counters (OSHA and safety compliance).
• Extendable poles are used to reach high areas safely.
• We do not clean outside areas such as patios, garages, or grills.
• We do not clean blood or feces beyond what would be found in a normal bathroom setting.

Surface Conditions

A single cleaning pass cannot undo years of buildup or wear on any surface. Here's what to expect:

Floors:

All hard floors will be vacuumed, damp mopped, and dry mopped. Our floor service removes surface dirt and freshens your floors, but it is not a floor restoration service. On first-time and move-related cleanings especially, floors may have years of residue, worn finish, or discoloration that standard mopping cannot resolve. In some cases, our cleaning may actually reveal existing wear that was previously hidden under buildup. Walls & Painted Surfaces:

Not all paint is washable. If we encounter paint that begins to lift, streak, or discolor during cleaning, we'll stop to avoid further damage. Flat and matte finishes are especially susceptible. Heavy grease buildup on kitchen walls may also be beyond what standard cleaning can remove without risking the paint underneath. We'll do our best, but we cannot guarantee results on surfaces with years of buildup or non-washable paint.

Pre-Existing Conditions & Wear

Our goal is to improve the appearance and cleanliness of your home. Sometimes cleaning reveals wear or damage that already existed: worn surfaces, loose fixtures, fragile materials, discoloration hidden under buildup, or deteriorating grout and caulk.

We are not responsible for pre-existing issues, but if you notice anything concerning after service, please let us know within 24 hours.
