When We May Need to Stop Service

Your safety and our team's safety come first. We may pause or stop service if the environment is unsafe, beyond standard cleaning conditions, significantly different than expected, or affected by undisclosed pest infestations (bed bugs, roaches, etc.).

If we need to stop for any of these reasons, charges will still apply for time spent or the reserved appointment. Undisclosed infestations may result in immediate discontinuation with full payment required.

For Move-In/Out Cleanings

• Electricity & water must be on. We cannot guarantee quality without them.
• The home should be empty and free of trash. We're happy to clean if belongings remain, but if there are significant items or other service providers present, we cannot guarantee results due to variables outside our control, If you need junk removal we recommend Richard Brain (owner) with Gig My Rig!

• Floors will be vacuumed and mopped (no heavy machinery).
• Oven: If it has a self-clean option, please run it 24 hours in advance.
