We supply all cleaning products and equipment. Our teams arrive fully stocked with everything needed to clean your home safely and thoroughly.

What We Use

• Eco-friendly, commercial-grade products from Ecolab — pH neutral, non-toxic, and designed to protect your home's surfaces while delivering a thorough clean. Safe around kids and pets.
• Commercial-grade backpack vacuums with four HEPA filters — filters out dander, allergens, pet hair, and fine dust. Your air is actually cleaner after we vacuum than before.
• High-quality floor cleaner — similar to the consumer brand Bona, made by Ecolab for professional use.
• Color-coded microfiber towels and mops — prevents cross-contamination between areas (for example, bathroom towels never touch kitchen counters).
• Stainless steel cleaner for appliances and Easy-Off Fume Free for oven interiors.

We do use a product containing bleach (Comet) in specific areas only: shower floors, bathtub floors, and toilets. It is never used on countertops, sinks, or general surfaces. No harsh chemicals, heavy acids, or heavy-duty degreasers are ever brought into your home.

Using Your Own Products

We encourage you to give our products a try first. Our staff are trained on them, they understand how they work, and we consistently get the best results with our standard lineup.

That said, we can be flexible. If you have allergies, sensitivities, or a product you really prefer, let us know and we'll work with you. Some examples:

• Bona for floors — always approved. Just let us know and we'll note it in your file.
• Your toilet bowl cleaner or toilet brush — happy to use yours if you prefer.

Products we cannot use: Pine-Sol, Fabuloso, bleach-based products (Soft Scrub, etc.), harsh chemicals, heavy acids, or heavy-duty degreasers.

Our Equipment Only

We do not use customer vacuums or mops. Our staff are trained on our commercial equipment, which is designed to be ergonomic and effective for professional cleaning. Our tools produce better results and keep our team working safely and efficiently.
